I'll be standing again in the streets this weekend. I'm always wondering when the next blow will come. When will Martial Law suddenly be invoked turning protestors into disappeared terrorists? I've thought about ways that I can protest that would possibly keep me under the radar (letters, calls etc). Then, I remember this moment of extreme peril. I remember my children, my grandchildren and my great grandchildren and I realize that I'm willing to face whatever happens to this 76 year old woman in this failing democracy. I will not stand down.

Dear Stephen, as I was reading what you wrote today, I burst into tears. And decided that I want to support you with an on-going donation. I am a Veteran and I have seen too much.
I became a Chiropractor to try to balance my Karma this lifetime. I think your estimate and understanding of what is happening is spot on. Far too many people are still Not Paying attention. While I know it was hard to the The Talk with your wife, it was and in totally necessary. I would also recommend that folks connect with The Contrarian as a way to stay connected with what is happening. When I was stationed in Germany, I learned that during the war that American Bombers, bombing Berlin, would Save one bomb to drop on Stromberg. American Intelligence said that there were Munition Factories there. But what was being bombed were Germany Orphanages, Not Munitions Factories at all. Thousands of Kids were being killed because the bombing went on for months. It's this Same Kind of thinking that is driving the Trump Administration: False Assessment and Actions based on that. We can and Must do better.

I'm an old man who's been on social media since the very beginning. (I remember using DOS 3.0. 😆 ) Because I have such a rich data trail, I figure that trying to hide would be useless. I'm a tiny little voice like the Whos in Whoville.
My wife is still in denial about must how bad things are likely to get. I'm likely to be very far down the list, but I'm certain I'm on it somewhere due to AI.
Like many, it wasn't too hard to put the pieces together after January 20. All of the events I told her were coming did indeed come. My wife's asked me to share sparingly because she gets overwhelmed easily. Eventually, I'll have to have that Talk with her.
We could leave the country. We won't though. We have kids and grandkids and we need to stay for them. We couldn't in good conscience leave them behind. They will likely need our help.

One does not have to be psychic to see that we are like lemmings driven by some kind of robotic programming to rush headlong, en mass, over the cliff. Now, as never before, this imagery grows stronger every day, and my heart breaks not just for those who still trust their future to the man they elected, but to the sycophants and enablers, the grifters and minions whose minds are completely enslaved by demonic forces. I recoil in horror from their cruelty and dissembling, their greed and racism, whilst also feeling compassion for them because I know that they will reap what they sow. So incredibly sad to see human beings whose minds have been so captivated by evil energetic forces that they are devoid of the very qualities that make us … for all our frailities …. human.

This woman is as smart as it gets, I believe. She is a former investment banker and US government official who pays very close attention, does impeccable research and makes brilliant assessments. She has no political loyalties. I'd say she is a true humanitarian and freedom fighter. She tells it like it is and sees way more than the rest of us are used to considering. She names and explains how the take-over, which she is calling a "coup," in progress is occurring, for example.
Very much worth the 43 minutes. Astutely educational about what's going on politically and economically in the US and globally.
